LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources At Louisiana’s flagship law school, JELR is the premier energy law journal for the coastal south.

The newly formed LSU JELR is the first student created journal at Louisiana State University Law Center. Its membership is comprised of second and third year law students at LSU Law. The journal publishes full-length academic articles twice a year and the online companion, Energy Law Currents, regularly publishes shorter articles.
