P Diddy indictment, also relevant to Epstien: I want to set the record straight. Many people on social medica seem to think that there will be more names named or more indictments after Mr. Combs' arrest. There likely won't be. The arrest comes at the end of the grand jury investigation when there is an indictment. Apparently the only person indicted was Mr. Combs. People who were filmed and blackmailed are victims, not perps. The age of consent in new York is 17, so while technically minors, it is not a crime to have s*x with a 17 year old in NY. This is why Prince Andrew did not get in trouble, IF he did anything with the 17 year old in the picture with him at Epstien's apartment in NY. It is not a crime there. This is why you have also heard nothing about Epstien's "clients." If they were blackmailed they were victims, and depending where he was with the underage girls, for example the age of consent in France is 15, in international waters usually 16. The "age of consent" means the age where a person can legally consent to intimate relations. It sounds like Epstien was smart enough to know those laws. His girlfriend was convicted of taking minors across state lines for s*xual purposes, which is illegal even if they can consent, and thus also human trafficing, but not statutory or other r**e. Hard as it is to conceive, the people associated with Epstien and probably Mr. Combs as well are not going to be listed publically because s*x crime laws shield victims from being named and victims of other crimes, like blackmail, are also not named. While we rightfully feel these alleged acts with minors were repugnant apparently they were not criminal.
