Having lived in various regions across New Hampshire, Chellsey Latham finds herself most at home in the White Mountains, where she can fulfill her passion for the outdoors.
Chellsey has a very entrepreneurial spirit, and has owned and operated a retail store, cafe and catering business in the lakes region prior to her real estate career. With the high demands of quality & customer care, Chellsey is able to provide exceptional service to her clients.
For the last 11 years, alongside her husband, Bill, they own a construction company, where she began gaining extensive and relevant knowledge she can now share with her clients regarding new construction and renovations. This, in addition to her experience building and living in tiny homes and camper vans, allows her to share a unique skill set with buyers and sellers.
Today, Chellsey is an investment property owner and operator who specializes in the vacation home market, is on the White Mountain Board of Realtors Communications Committee Chair, and prioritizes sharing her love for the mountains with others.
