This is a map from TxDOT's www.drivetexas.org site.
The blue circles with the white lines are road closures. The light blue circles are where water is reported over roads. I-10 is open east/west at the LA/Texas state line. It's open in Orange County but westbound traffic is routed off at College Street in Beaumont and detoured to the north because I-10 is flooded in western Jefferson and Chambers Counties.
