Advocate Real Estate, LLC is a boutique real estate brokerage serving buyers, sellers, lessors,and lessees in residential and commercial real estate transactions in Maryland. Our office is located in the charming neighborhood of Fells Point. As the Owner and Broker of Record, Aimee Bader, brings 17 years of legal real estate experience and brokerage experience to the table for clients. The brokerage handles the location, negotiation, and acquisition of real property for commercial and residential clients. We counsel clients on property management matters, landlord-tenant laws, real property registration requirements, Federal and State lead laws, and obligations under Federal, State and Local housing laws. We also counsel clients on any matters in which they may need assistance when buying, selling, or leasing their homes/investments. The Broker is a former Staff Attorney for the Legal Affairs division of the Maryland Association of REALTORS where she provided practical legal guidance to the membership on all facets of Federal, State and Local real estate law and regulation. She is a former Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Joseph H.H. As such, she advised the Judge on the legal outcome of numerous real estate-related matters, including landlord-tenant, predatory lending, receivership matters, and tax sale foreclosures. As a Lawyer/Broker, Ms. Bader has taught more than 250 hours of continuing real estate education (“CE”) for Fair Housing, Maryland Real Estate Legislative Update, and Commercial Transactions. She has taken more than 50 hours of CE on Commercial Real Estate; Environmental Issues in Real Estate; and others. she is presently only one of several Brokers authorized by the Maryland Real Estate Commission to teach Commercial Law to licensees. The House That Moved is one of the oldest timber-framed houses in Exeter, Devon.

Constructed between 1420 and 1460, this timber-framed house originally stood at 16 Edmund Street, at the corner with Frog Street.

It was likely built for a wealthy merchant and is one of the oldest surviving private dwellings in Devon.

The house was relocated in 1961 to preserve it from demolition.
