Each summer, we welcome a cohort of law students to our clerkship program!

This year, we’re thrilled to have seven exceptional students spend the summer at Silverman Thompson:

Our clerks have already started gaining hands-on experience at the firm. Alongside an immersive experience in research, summer associates gain one-on-one mentorship from attorneys, spend a day in court, have lunch with a local judge, and participate in a variety of firm-wide social and networking events.

We love every chance to involve our law clerks in events throughout the year in the Baltimore legal community. Aniyah Adams (University of Baltimore School of Law (Official) '26) has been working at Silverman Thompson for the past two years, and we are thrilled for her to join Partner Kerri Smith at the event.

Kerri served as chair of the Young Lawyers' Section from 2022-2023 and remains involved in the MSBA as a Baltimore City representative of the Board of Governors and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Bar Foundation.
