Posting 4th video from Towson last night. Additional precincts called in to assist along with helicopters. Police now reporting this as -

“FEBRUARY 19, 2022

Earlier this evening, Baltimore County officers responded to the Towson Town Center in reference to several reported disturbances that involved groups of juveniles. Officers remained on the scene to ensure crowds safely dispersed from the area. The increased police presence did result in some traffic congestion. Several juveniles were arrested as a result of these disturbances.“
