The Standardized Operating Procedures for the prerequisites prospective home buyers must meet prior to receiving any services are as follows:
1. Prospective purchasers shall NOT be required to show identification to view properties listed by Sailing Home Realty. (However, due to the nature of our business of cooperating with other offices to show their properties and they may have different Standardized Operating Procedures, it may be necessary to provide identification. In that event, the prospective purchaser will be made aware and can choose to comply or not, understanding that not following the cooperating offices Standardized Operating Procedures may prevent them from viewing such properties.
2. An exclusive broker agreement is NOT required for prospective purchasers to work with an agent at Sailing Home Realty
3. A Pre-Approval for a mortgage loan is NOT required to discuss real estate over the phone, however, a Pre-Approval WILL BE required prior to any appointment being made to physically view any properties.
