The commercials are filled with bravado, with folded arms, with strong stares and with the insinuation that these attorneys are actually prepared to physically fight the opposing party or the opposing party’s attorney. The second image features the compassionate attorney. This firm will listen to your needs, they will put your interests first and they will, allegedly, maintain frequent communication with you. This category eschews the expensive suits, the crossed arms and the aggressive facial expressions and, instead, opts for the softer side of the law. There are smiles and invitations to consult with a firm that truly cares for you. Bowman and Kind does not need to project an image. Our image is our reputation, our experience and our results. We are aggressive, vigorous and unrelenting in the pursuit of our clients’ claims.
