💰 More leverage doesn’t always mean more affordable (hello, rates near 7%)
📉 Metro Atlanta’s median price dipped 1.7% to $400K, but that’s still up from $255K in 2019
✨ For sellers, pricing and presentation matter more than ever

Fall often gets overlooked in real estate conversations. Everyone assumes spring is the only time to make a move. But in our experience, fall is one of the most underrated seasons to list.

Here's why: buyers who are actively searching in September and October are serious. They have motivation - could be a job change, a lease ending, or a family transition. Ultimately, they're ready to move.

Less competition on the market, motivated buyers, and a neighborhood that looks beautiful in fall foliage? That's a combination sellers shouldn't sleep on.

If you've been waiting for the "right time," this might be it. The Homegrown Team would love to walk you through what the market looks like right now in metro Atlanta.

The Homegrown Team lives and works right here in Avondale Estates and Decatur.

You’ll find us at the farmers market. At Weekend Wind Down. Grabbing coffee on North Clarendon. 🌿

And that’s what makes us different. We’re not just selling homes. We’re sharing neighborhoods we genuinely love.

Ready to find yours? Let’s talk. 💛 www.homegrownteam.com
