Each case carries tremendous significance, and I never forget that.

I shared my perspective with Newsweek in this article about proposed changes to the naturalization process. It’s important to remember who these policies would affect. The vast majority of lawful permanent residents eligible for U.S. are law-abiding individuals who have already demonstrated a long-term commitment to the United States. They've built lives, careers, and families here and have met the legal requirements to pursue citizenship. The process should absolutely maintain its integrity.
