I'm honored to have been recognized by Austin Monthly as one of Austin's Top Immigration Attorneys for the seventh consecutive year.

Awards are meaningful, but what matters most to me isn't the recognition but the trust behind it. Every client is facing an important life decision. Some are hoping to bring family to the U.S. Others are pursuing career opportunities, growing a business, investing in the United States, or taking the final step toward becoming a citizen. Each case carries tremendous significance, and I never forget that.

The practice of immigration law has become increasingly challenging in recent years. Laws change. Policies shift. Processing times fluctuate. Through it all, my commitment has remained the same: to provide honest legal advice, clear communication, and strong advocacy for every client I represent.

Thank you to my clients for placing your trust in me, to the many colleagues who continue to recommend my practice, and to my family and friends for your unwavering support. I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue serving individuals, families, and businesses in our community.

But integrity and accessibility should go hand in hand. A fair process is one that is rigorous, transparent, and predictable for those who qualify under the . https://www.newsweek.com/why-fewer-green-card-holders-could-become-us-citizens-12175364

Glad I got to share my perspective in this story about why H-1B visas are bigger than immigration and are intertwined to Texas’ workforce and economy. Thanks KXAN News for highlighting this issue and the broader impact of these policies.

I’m grateful to KXAN News for featuring me in this story about why the H-1B visa program is not just an immigration issue - it’s an economic and educational imperative for Texas. At a time when global talent drives innovation, policies that restrict access to that talent don’t just affect individuals - they impact universities, workforce pipelines, and the state’s long-term economic competitiveness.

Its important to have thoughtful policies that recognize how essential international professionals are to our ecosystem.
