Did you know that lint buildup is one of the leading causes of dryer fires?

🚨 A few things to know:
✔️ Lint can build up deep inside your dryer ducts.
✔️ Clogged vents can increase your risk of a dryer fire.
✔️ Restricted airflow can make your dryer work harder and take longer to dry clothes.
✔️ Having your dryer vents thoroughly cleaned every 2 years is a good rule of thumb.

Waiting for 3% interest rates to come back? 👀
The thing is..there really isn’t one “normal” mortgage rate.
Rates have been all over the place throughout history. Into the double digits, below 4%, and plenty of numbers in between.
So instead of asking, “When are rates finally going to drop?” I think the better question is:
“Does buying a home make sense for me with today’s numbers?”

Yes it’s true that the interest rate *is* still important (and there are ways to lower that rate depending on what house you’re going for) but that’s just one part of the equation. Your purchase price, monthly payment, cash needed to close, loan options, available incentives, and how long you plan to own the home are all just as important.

And sometimes, waiting for a lower rate doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll end up with a better deal. 😮
