Meet Our Owner and Founder, Frances Bennett!
With 30 years of experience, Frances is an expert in estate planning, tax planning, and probate administration. She specializes in wills, trusts, fiduciary litigation, business succession, and more. Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Frances brings a wealth of knowledge, including advanced techniques like grantor retained annuity trusts and installment sales to grantor trusts.
Before law school, Frances was a successful business owner and founded a wholesale import business. She has served in prestigious clerkships with the Texas Supreme Court, Federal Court of Appeals, and Southern District of Texas. Beyond her legal work, Frances is deeply committed to the arts and philanthropy, actively supporting local nonprofits and cultural organizations like the Mamma Jamma Ride for Breast Cancer, Austin Theatre Alliance, and the Austin Symphony League.
