But here’s the silver lining: average days on market dropped by 12% to just 93 days, indicating faster movement and growing buyer interest! ⏱️🔥
Across the broader market, things are balancing out. Average sold price nudged up to $539,487 (+0.8%), even though median price saw a small drop. New listings were slightly down, but inventory sits at 5.0 months, keeping us in a healthy, balanced place ⚖️🏘️
