🚨 YOUR SPOUSE IS ALIVE. BUT YOU CAN'T ACCESS THEIR MONEY.

Imagine this.

Your husband or wife suffers a serious medical emergency.

They're in the hospital, unable to manage their finances.

You need to pay the mortgage. Handle the bills. Keep the household running.

But when you call the bank about an account that's only in your spouse's name, you discover something you never considered.

⚠️ BEING MARRIED DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY GIVE YOU AUTHORITY OVER EVERY FINANCIAL ACCOUNT.

And here's what surprises a lot of people:

That Will sitting in your filing cabinet?

It doesn't solve this problem.

A Will addresses what happens after someone dies.

But what happens if your spouse is still alive and cannot make decisions?

That's why a complete estate plan needs to address incapacity, not just death.

I'm Frank Pabst with The Pabst Law Firm.

Our mission is simple: Keep families out of court and out of conflict.

❤️ Don't wait for a medical emergency to discover what's missing from your estate plan.

🚨 YOUR PARENTS LEFT YOU THE HOUSE. SO WHY CAN'T YOU JUST HAVE IT?

Imagine this.

Mom and Dad worked their entire lives to build something for their family.

They owned a home. They saved their money. And they even took the time to prepare a Will.

They thought everything was taken care of.

But after they're gone, you discover something nobody explained.

⚠️ HAVING A WILL DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY KEEP YOUR FAMILY OUT OF PROBATE COURT.

Depending on how assets are owned, your family may still need to go through probate before certain property can be transferred.

That can mean court filings, legal expenses, delays, and unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.

I'm Frank Pabst with The Pabst Law Firm.

Here's what I want every Texas family to understand:

Estate planning isn't just about WHO gets your property. It's about HOW they receive it.

And a properly structured plan can make all the difference.

❤️ Our mission: Keep families out of court and out of conflict.

🚨 MARRIED IN TEXAS? DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE.

If your spouse died tomorrow, would you automatically inherit everything?

Most married couples assume the answer is YES.

⚠️ But in Texas, that's not always how it works.

Depending on how your property is owned, whether there are children from a previous relationship, and what estate planning you've done, the answer might surprise you.

And discovering that AFTER losing someone you love is the last thing your family needs.

I'm Frank Pabst with The Pabst Law Firm.

🎥 Take 60 seconds and watch this video. It might change how you think about protecting your family.

❤️ Our mission: Keep families out of court and out of conflict.

🚨 YOU SAVED MONEY ON YOUR WILL. BUT WHAT DID IT COST YOUR FAMILY?

Imagine this.

You spend $20 downloading a Will online.

You print it, sign it, put it in a drawer, and go about your life believing your family is protected.

Years later, something happens to you.

Your spouse goes to the bank. Your children need to deal with the house. Your family discovers that having a Will doesn't necessarily mean they can avoid probate court.

Suddenly, there are court filings, legal expenses, delays, and decisions your family wasn't prepared to make.

And depending on the circumstances, those expenses can add up to thousands of dollars.

Here's what I want every Texas family to understand:

A Will does NOT automatically keep your family out of probate.

That's one of the biggest misconceptions I see in estate planning.

I'm Frank Pabst, and at The Pabst Law Firm, our mission is simple:

Keep families out of court and out of conflict.

You worked hard for what you have. Let's make sure your family isn't left with a mess.

Facebook Reel Description
Your estate plan is a lot like the blueprint for your house. 🏠
You wouldn’t start building without knowing where the walls go, where the doors go, and how everything fits together.
But when it comes to estate planning, many families have a Will, a Power of Attorney, or even a Trust—and assume that means everything is taken care of.
That’s where false security can become a real problem.
A stack of documents isn’t necessarily a plan.
A good estate plan should answer the important questions before your family is forced to:
Who steps in if you can’t make decisions for yourself?
Who can help manage things?
Where does your property go?
And how do we make that transition as easy as possible for the people you love?
The pieces need to work together.
Because the worst time to discover something was missing from the blueprint is after your family needs it.
At The Pabst Law Firm, our goal is simple: keep your family out of court and out of conflict.

Your estate plan can look complete and still be missing the one piece that matters when your family actually needs it.
Maybe you have a Will. Maybe you created a Trust years ago. Maybe you even signed powers of attorney and health care documents.
But do all the pieces actually work together?
A Trust that was never properly funded.
An old beneficiary designation that was never updated.
An asset titled the wrong way.
A missing incapacity document.
Instructions that no longer match your family or your wishes.
Any one of those can turn what you thought was a complete plan into more time in court, more expense, and more opportunity for family conflict.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people thinking they're protected when they're actually not. gemini-code-1788446445943 - Fra…

✅ make your wishes known

The goal is simple: protect what matters most.

If you’ve been meaning to get your plan in place, now is a great time to start.
