Prior to joining Lloyd Gosselink, members of Lloyd Gosselink were employed in staff and management positions with municipal governments, the Texas Attorney General’s Office, the Texas Legislature, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and several of its predecessor agencies, the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC), the Office of Public Utility Counsel, and engineering and consulting companies. Our attorneys interact daily with agency commissioners and their staff, as well as with clients and their technical consultants, and actively participate on behalf of our clients in the legislative and agency rulemaking processes to ensure their interests are represented.
