When I walk a property with a client, I’m not just looking at finishes. I’m thinking about what could become expensive later, what an inspector may flag, how the home has been maintained, and whether the numbers still make sense once the excitement wears off.

Being a Realtor is part of how I look at a property.

Being an investor has changed how I look at one.

My job isn’t to convince you to love a house. It’s to help you understand what you’re buying.

I’m looking at the roof, HVAC, foundation, layout, potential renovation costs, neighborhood and resale.
