This year has been a lot of things to a lot of people and has tested us all in more ways than we know. We are all battling some sort of battle. A few words that have been resonating with me the last few days are gratitude, grace, kindness, and giving back.

May we all wrap up the year with our families, friends and people that we love

This is the second year my colleagues and I adopt a family for the holidays. I love doing this and helping a family open some gifts. Kindness allows us all to not only do something good but more importantly we leave a mark in someone’s heart.

I am a big believer in stepping outside of your comfort zone and experiencing everything life has to offer. You never know where a new adventure or opportunity may come from. I got to spend a week traveling with my uncle through a good portion of the country, through Yellowstone and ended in Colorado. This trip was full of firsts a i camped for the first time in my life, saw Yellowstone, old Faithful, The Grand Tetons, and we hiked some pretty wicked trails and got to really test my leg after surgery. All in all it was an amazing experience and I look forward to more adventures!

Wow!! Another month as a top producer and I am just blown away. I love what I do because it gives me the opportunity to work with so many of you and it’s always changing. This year the market has been interesting to say the least and there has been some challenges along the way but through it all we learn, adapt and always find ways to make navigate it.
