An allegation of fraud doesn’t make it true. ⚖️

After a former employer accused an occupational therapist of fraudulent billing for services he allegedly did not provide, V.G. turned to Bertolino LLP to defend his professional license. The firm submitted a written rebuttal highlighting inconsistencies, selective information, and omissions that undermined the complaint’s credibility.
