Para notarizar un documento, la persona debe presentar una identificación válida y vigente.
Se aceptan comúnmente:
Licencia de conducir
Identificación estatal
Pasaporte (EE. UU. o extranjero válido)
Tarjeta de residencia permanente (Green Card)
Identificación militar
Licencia de armas del estado (si está vigente)
⚠️ La identificación debe estar vigente, con foto clara y firma.
⚠️ IMPORTANTE: El notario solo puede aceptar identificaciones permitidas por la ley de Texas.

📌 ACCEPTED IDENTIFICATION
To notarize a document, the signer must present valid and current identification.
Commonly accepted IDs include:
Driver’s License
State ID
Passport (U.S. or valid foreign passport)
Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
Military ID
State-issued fi***rm license (if valid)
⚠️ ID must be current, with a clear photo and signature.
