York County Council Affiliate of the Year

Kelly Sullivan, affiliated with Simple Title Closing & Escrow in South Portland (formerly Atlantic Coast Title), is the York County Council’s 2026 Affiliate of the Year!

She became a member of the York County Council in 2019 and is currently serving as a Council Affiliate Trustee from 2026-2028, is a member of the Events Committee and supports, participates and attends meetings and events.

Kelly obtained her New Hampshire real estate license in 2024 not to be part of the buying or selling process, but to increase her knowledge to be better able to assist local agents.

Her community service efforts are vast. She volunteers and assists in any way she can when needed whether it be as a girl scout leader, softball coach, participant in charitable races, at food banks, backpack collections and even at yesterday's York County Council Blood Donation Drive.

York County Council 2026 REALTOR® of the Year

Tiffany Moreau, a Broker with EXIT Oceanside Realty in Wells, is the York County Council's 2026 REALTOR® of the Year!

She became a licensed Maine Broker in 2021 and subsequently joined the York County Council.

Tiffany’s journey began by serving as a Council Trustee in 2023, President Elect in 2024, President in 2025, and currently as the Immediate Past President in 2026.Her commitment to the REALTOR® community is further reflected in her active participation on various committees, her role in organizing impactful Council events and focusing on giving back to the Council membership.

Additionally, Tiffany has been a member of the MAR Board of Directors since 2023, a member of the Maine Listings Board of Directors since 2025 and has served and/or is serving on committees.

Tiffany's community service efforts also include the community of Sanford where she lives and her son has gone to school, including assisting with the backpack program, kidz closet, volunteering for class trips, PTA and more.

On May 15, 2026, WindowDressers was presented with a check in the amount of $3,060 which includes a matching grant from the MAR Foundation via a Fall 2025 Fundraiser.
