🏡 WAITING FOR INTEREST RATES TO DROP? Meanwhile, your rent is still due! 💸

I hear it all the time… “I’m just going to wait until rates come down.”

But here’s what you might not be thinking about! 👇

💰 You’re paying a mortgage either way! If you’re renting, you’re helping pay your landlord’s mortgage instead of building equity in your own home.

🏡 Lower rates could mean MORE competition! When rates drop, more buyers may jump back into the market, potentially driving home prices up.

📈 Home prices don’t necessarily drop when rates do. Waiting could mean paying more for the same house later.
