📣 Calling General Notaries, Loan Signing Agents, and Notary Business Owners!

I am currently building NOPA—Notary Operations Professional Assistant, a new notary business-management platform designed to make the everyday work of notaries and loan signing agents significantly easier.

NOPA is being developed to help manage assignments, appointments, customers, journal entries, identification workflows, mileage, expenses, payments, loan-signing packages, scanbacks, shipping, and much, MUCH more—all within one organized platform.

Before its public release, I would like a small group of working notaries to test the platform and provide honest, practical feedback.

I am especially interested in:

• A notary who primarily performs General Notary Work
• A Loan Signing Agent who regularly handles loan packages
• And possibly one notary who owns a notary business with multiple notaries

Selected testers will receive an individual invitation to a private, unpublished version of NOPA during the March–April 2027 (God willing) testing period.

Testers will be asked to try realistic workflows, identify confusing areas, report problems, and recommend improvements based on their actual experience in the field.

My goal is to create a platform built "WITH REAL NOTARIES"—not merely built for them.
