My love of real estate helps me to be great at what I do, not only because I truly love my job, but because I have prior knowledge and expertise from owning a Property Management Company, which helps me identify certain aspects of a home that may normally go unnoticed. Some Realtors aren’t open with their clients with respect to the fact that no home is perfect, even newly built homes can have issues. I believe as a Realtor, it’s important to see a home, whether newly built or older and recognize any issues in advance, to be proactive in addressing them. I will work actively and aggressively to help you!

The purpose of my job as your Realtor/Agent along with my expertise in property management, I am able to take information and turn it into knowledge, therefore allowing my client to make the best, informed decision on a potential property they may buy or sell.
My job is to understand your expectations when buying a home, provide you with not only up-to-date facts on recent sales so you are educated on market conditions, but also key factors identifying possible issues with your new home even before home assessments! For those selling their homes, I will help determine with you the best list price for your property, constantly update you regarding showings and other activity in the market surrounding your land or home. I will obtain the highest possible price for your property in the shortest amount of time, guide you through the entire sales process, and help you overcome any hurdles we encounter along the way. My goal is to make this an easy process, less stressful and truly exciting experience!
