🏡 What are closing costs? Closing costs are the additional fees paid at the end of a real estate transaction, beyond the purchase price.

They may include lender fees, title services, recording fees, property taxes, insurance and other transaction-related expenses. Costs vary based on the loan, property and location, and they’re typically outlined in your Closing Disclosure before closing.

Reviewing these costs with your REALTOR® and lender can help you plan with confidence. 📋 leecorealtors.org

We are grateful to our members, sponsors and everyone who helped make these contributions possible. Together, we’re investing in our community and supporting organizations that are building brighter futures.
