Our Story

The law firm was originally founded by Joseph A. Levin (now a New Jersey Superior Court Judge), Ed Weinstock, and Kirsten Levin. Joseph Levin and Kirsten Levin were partners in Law Offices of Joseph A. Levin from 2002 through 2016 and then partners in Levin Pisetzner Levin from 2016 to 2019. Ed Wenstock was the principal in Weinstock & Associates from 2009 to 2019, when those two well-respected criminal defense firms merged, forming what is now Weinstock Levin.

The attorneys at Weinstock Levin aggressively defend adults and juveniles against accused of serious criminal offenses, disorderly and petty disorderly persons offenses, and driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving under the influence (DUI) matters. In addition, the attorneys represent clients in domestic violence matters (restraining order hearings and contempt hearings) and gun forfeiture and denial proceedings. Further, the attorneys provide high level representation in civil litigation.
