Sometimes a simple conversation can lead to the right real estate decision at the right time.

I first met my client when she stopped by an open house I was hosting for another listing in the same community. She had been trying to rent out her mother’s townhome but hadn’t found the right tenant. During our brief conversation, I let her know that while I primarily focus on helping clients buy and sell homes, I’d be happy to share local resources that might help with her rental.

A few days later, she reached out and decided that with other priorities in life, selling might be the better option. We sat down and reviewed the market together. With several competing listings sitting on the market, I recommended a realistic listing price rather than starting high and reducing the price later. I’m grateful she trusted my recommendation.

The result: 15 showings and 3 offers within three weeks. About a month later, we successfully closed at 100% of our asking price.

In today’s market, the right pricing strategy, local market knowledge, and attention to detail from listing through closing can make a meaningful difference.

Grateful for another successful closing and for the trust my client placed in me throughout the sale of her townhouse.

With the right pricing and marketing strategy, we were able to get the home under contract in just three weeks and successfully close the sale a month later.

Another successful closing!

Not every transaction goes according to plan.

This one included a last-minute mortgage company change, a new appraisal, and manual underwriting for an FHA loan. The Clear to Close came less than 24 hours before closing, yet we still closed on the original closing date within 30 days.

Moments like these remind me that the value I bring isn’t measured by how easy a transaction is, but by how I respond when the unexpected happens.

I don’t pray for easy transactions. I pray that, when challenges arise, God gives me the wisdom, patience, and ability to serve my clients well through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
