Justice was done yesterday in Bibb County state court. Sidewalks are a historical, traditional, and undisputed public forum.

Christopher Smith and Blake Fuller were arrested on March 29, 2025 on the corner of Third and Cherry Street after preaching using a speaker and signage.

On September 5, 1670, English jurors refused to convict William Penn of preaching in the street. On July 12, 2018, American jurors refused to convict Javonnie McCoy of growing a plant. Let's keep celebrating Jury Rights Day every day, and continuously work to keep ourselves and our neighbors free.

Truth and justice prevailed.

Truth and justice prevailed.

Not guilty on all counts.

Justice being done.

Justice being done.

Carrie and Brady Timms were found not guilty of all charges on April 3, 2025, ending the nightmare that began on January 14, 2022 when their son Jameson was seized by the state based on false allegations of child abuse by a doctor at Children's Hospital of Atlanta.

It was an honor to represent Carrie Timms in the trial that began March 3rd, and we are so grateful for the jury who saw the truth and rendered their verdicts accordingly. Credit also to Jason Hood, who represented Brady Timms, to Tonya Long and Ryan Ralston for their invaluable work on the case, and to the countless friends and family who came to court to offer support and testimony. Justice is a team and community effort, and we are hopeful that this victory will help inspire others fighting against unjust accusations and treatment by the state.

Kicking people out of public meetings for the content of their speech is unconstitutional. Honored to be continuing to stand for Constitutional rights.

A Ringgold, Georgia, resident is suing representatives of the Catoosa County Board of Commissioners after he was kicked out of their meeting in May 2021.
