I bring a wealth of unique experience to the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty team. Taking cues from my dad, an Athens-based builder and property developer, Josh worked for his family’s business before becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2003. I eventually started my own small construction/development business, working as a contractor and agent building spec and custom homes in Athens and throughout Georgia’s lake country.
I studied Business Management at Kennesaw State University, I am a certified yoga instructor and have worked as a professional dancer.
With proven experience as a contractor and REALTOR® I bring a solid knowledge base of the home building and buying process.
