This video is a great example of companies that are great at advertising and marketing to get you to think you're getting something that you are not. Our job as REALTORS ® is to always be ethical in disclosing the market value of any investment you want to sell or purchase to insure you are making an informed decison. It is a horrible feeling to unknowingly undercut yourself on any investment because you believed in the latest FAD!! The real estate industry has become saturated with sharks, gimmicks and fake reality shows geared at selling unrealistic expectations and ultimately trying to steal your equity! Please don't believe the hype on the "quick and easy" sale. Consult with a trusted professional before you jump into any real estate deal! Big businesses are buying up the market and artificially over inflating home prices creating panic and low inventory. Just remember the old fashioned rule of real estate, you make money when you buy, not when you sell. There are companies out here who understand this rule and will offer you less money for a quick sale. They turn around and do nothing to the property they stole from you to make more money.
