She brought them in. The warmth, the work ethic, the instinct to make people feel heard when they're trusting you with something important.

As a PI Litigation Legal Assistant, she works with clients navigating some of the most stressful moments of their lives. For Latino clients in particular, she knows that sometimes the biggest barrier isn't the legal process. It's whether someone on the other side of the table actually understands where you're coming from.

Almost two years in, she's still the person in the room who makes sure no one feels alone in the process.
