So AAA arbitration is embracing AI and it seems a good fit. For any of you that have ever mediated a construction case they can have upwards of 20 parties and take 2 to 3 days. The biggest problem is sorting through 30 page contracts, both construction agreements and insurance documents. Having the AI examine the contracts and identify issues before the human element is introduced is the perfect way for these two approaches to work hand-in-hand.

Georgia's New Abortion Law is in Effect as of Thursday. Abortion is illegal 6 weeks after last period or around the time of fetal heartbeat detection. Oddly, since this law is fairly old, Georgia allows exceptions if a woman faces serious harm or death in pregnancy, or in cases of r**e or in**st, so long as a police report has been filed. Who would have thought that would count as progressive, but in light of the draconian efforts coming from Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri, it is.
