HENRY COUNTY
1) Trafficking Ma*****na - Called in for trial again. We announced Ready for Trial, DISMISSED.

FULTON COUNTY
1) Aggravated Assault (alleged choking) - Called in for trial. We announced Ready for Trial. DISMISSED

2) Aggravated Assault (shooting at) - After a hearing on our self-defense motions, the State offered pre-trial diversion - anger management class and community service

DEKALB COUNTY
1) Identity Fraud, Check Forgeries - Called in for trial. We announced Ready for Trial. DISMISSED.

2) Aggravated Assault (w/ knife) - We filed an immunity motion raising self-defense.
The State then reduced the charge to misdemeanor battery - probation.

3) 4 Counts of Battery FV, 3 Counts Simple Battery FV, and Disorderly conduct - misdemeanor probation for 1 count battery and disorderly conduct.

NEWTON COUNTY
1) Felony Theft by Receiving Stolen Firearm and underage possession of pistol - After alerting the State to the lack of an evidence that client knew the firearm was stolen, the State agreed. Felony DISMISSED.
