🚨 تحديث مهم في قوانين الهجرة الأمريكية

أصدرت محكمة فدرالية حكماً بإلغاء سياسة لإدارة ترامب كانت قد أوقفت معالجة تأشيرات الهجرة لمواطني 75 دولة، من بينها أفغانستان وإيران وروسيا والصومال.

ورأت المحكمة أن هذه السياسة تتجاوز الصلاحيات القانونية وتتعارض مع قانون الهجرة والجنسية الأمريكي، وأن قرارات منح تأشيرات الهجرة يجب أن تستند إلى المعايير التي وضعها الكونغرس، وليس إلى تعليق شامل يعتمد على جنسية المتقدم.

⚠️ مهم: هذا الحكم لا يعني إلغاء جميع قيود التأشيرات أو حظر السفر. فما زالت هناك قيود أخرى سارية، وقد تستأنف الحكومة هذا القرار.

إذا كنت أنت أو أحد أفراد عائلتك متأثراً بتأخير أو قيود على تأشيرة الهجرة، فمن المهم معرفة كيفية تأثير هذا الحكم على حالتك تحديداً.

🚨 BREAKING IMMIGRATION UPDATE

A federal judge has struck down a Trump administration policy that suspended the processing of immigrant visas for nationals of 75 countries, including Afghanistan, Iran, Russia and Somalia.

The court found that the policy was “contrary to law and in excess of statutory authority” and that immigration visa decisions must be made according to the criteria established by Congress—not through a categorical suspension based on nationality.

⚠️ Important: This does not mean that all visa restrictions or travel bans are gone. Other immigration and visa restrictions remain in effect, and the government may appeal this decision.

If you or a family member is affected by visa delays or restrictions, make sure you understand how this ruling applies to your specific case.

Green Card → U.S. Citizenship! 🇺🇸🎉

Yesterday, my client, who had a conditional green card, was approved for her permanent 10-year green card after her interview.

But she won’t be receiving her 10-year green card in the mail because she also has a pending N-400 citizenship application, and that was approved as well! 🎉

Instead, she will now be scheduled for her naturalization ceremony.

If you have a pending I-751 petition to remove the conditions on your residence and you are otherwise eligible for U.S. citizenship, I generally recommend that my clients consider filing the N-400 as well.

In many cases, filing for citizenship can help move the case along, and you may ultimately have both cases approved together.

بالأمس، حضرت مقابلتي مع إحدى موكلاتي، وكانت تحمل جرين كارد مشروط، والحمد لله تمت الموافقة على طلبها للحصول على الجرين كارد الدائم لمدة عشر سنوات بعد المقابلة مباشرة. 🎉

لكنها لن تستلم الجرين كارد بالبريد، لأنها أيضًا قدمت طلب الجنسية الأمريكية N-400، وتمت الموافقة عليه أيضًا. والآن سيتم تحديد موعد لها لحفل التجنّس، وبإذن الله ستصبح مواطنة أمريكية قريبًا.

Approved for her permanent green card and her citizenship in the same day! Congratulations to my Client! If you have a pending, I 751 (petition to remove conditions) and you are eligible for citizenship, filing that can expedite the process. Which would you rather have, a green card you have to keep renewing or a US passport?

More people are getting denied than before and USCIS isn’t giving them an opportunity to fix that mistake before they issue a final decision. You can appeal it but it’s a very costly mistake especially if your case ends up in deportation proceedings. Please try to 1. Prevent the denial and 2. Appeal the decision immediately! # # # # #
