Sadow & Froy - Workers’ Compensation Lawyers

Sadow & Froy - Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Outstanding track record representing individuals in Georgia who have suffered serious or catastrophic work-related injuries.

Sadow & Froy have settled Georgia workers’ compensation cases totaling more than $210,000,00 including 12 settlements that exceeded $1,000,000. When you suffer a work-related injury, it is critical that you report a claim to your employer as soon as possible. Your employer must offer medical treatment to you and you are not responsible for the costs of your medical care as long as you are treated

by an "authorized" physician. If you cannot return to work right away, your employer's workers' compensation insurance carrier will also pay you a weekly income benefit based upon your average weekly wage at the time of your injury. Filing claims and collecting timely workers' compensation benefits for work-related injuries can be a complex and frustrating experience. At the office of Sadow & Froy we have been providing trusted legal representation for seriously injured workers in the Atlanta area and throughout the State of Georgia since 1981. We have the experience you need to collect the benefits you deserve!

After a workplace injury, many workers assume they have no choice when it comes to medical treatment. But Georgia workers’ compensation laws require employers to properly provide and explain a valid panel of physicians before workers can be limited to certain doctors.

In Ryan’s case, things didn’t add up. The “panel” posted at his workplace did not contain actual doctors and did not match the list later provided by the insurance adjuster. Because proper procedures were not followed, Ryan was legally allowed to choose his own physician for treatment.

Understanding your rights after a workplace injury can make a major difference in your recovery and medical care. ⚖️

At, we help injured workers across Georgia navigate the workers’ compensation process and protect their rights every step of the way. 💙

“Success means nothing without family.”

For Heather, family is the foundation behind everything — the motivation, the support system, and the reason behind the hard work. From cheering at baseball games to spending time at the barn, life’s most meaningful moments happen outside the office.

At Sadow and Froy, we know that workplace injuries don’t just affect individuals — they affect the families who stand beside them every step of the way. That’s why caring for our clients means caring about the people who matter most to them, too.

Depending on the situation, workers’ comp benefits can include medical treatment, weekly wage benefits, rehabilitation care, mileage reimbursement, disability benefits, and ongoing support during recovery.
