Thrilled to attend the summer market at AmericasMart Atlanta | ANDMORE® and take my good friend and stager from Savannah, GA Deborah Brown-Pullin with Staging-By Design and show her some of my top fave showrooms from Building 1 to Building 2 and 3. From home furnishings to decor and bed linens and more! We checked out Currey & Company CMA Home Charles Ray & Associates, Inc Napa Home & Garden and Global Views to name a few…

We did make a pit stop to say hi to my friend Lisa G a fab photog that was a top fav of mine this past winter market and she was in first finds in the high design. Had to check out her new coastal collection!🏝️🩴

Then it was over to Apparel Markets | ANDMORE® to see my good friends Maddie with A Bag Concept | Washable Handbags along with GLEAM | Blue Light Glasses ✨ and happen to run into my fav guy Tipsy Threads and of course enjoyed cocktail hour at the mart before heading out to dinner with Atlanta home stagers at Yebo in Buckhead special thanks to SW picking up the tab- say what!? Hope all the vendors had a prosperous summer market and see you all this fall! 😎🪭

Shout out to Harriett the broker with Exp realty who has a fab home right in the heart of Buckhead where we love sponsoring their monthly sales meetings. It was such a georg day for lunch and connecting with new exp agents from all over Georgia that we took this event outside. Check out the city skyline from her backyard and spacious backyard patio with fire pit and all. Anyone for making s’mores?

Can’t believe we are already preparing for our 2026 design project this fall thanks to our partnership with local non-profit Furnish with love based in Decatur!

We just wrapped up another informational coffee and kindness event in May and our next one is in August if you want to attend and learn even more about how to volunteer and give back to this small but mighty organization that decorates homes for families coming out of homelessness.

And that’s a wrap for April and what a month! Whewh!😅💃👟we staged almost 30 vacant homes and had a fun home staging CE class on zoom and agents learned all about paint colors that sell homes at my paint CE class at the beautiful ADAC building in Buckhead. We also were at ADAC and at AmericasMart for our spring tour and talks with aspiring interior designers and design students! And my husband and I took some much needed days off and ventured over to Zoo Atlanta and then took a road trip to Clemson and Lake Keowee in SC. That makes over 130 vacant homes staged so far this year and we got more to go this summer. Stay tuned for more exploring and collaboration videos coming soon!

As you know weekends are for exploring. Okay so this is embarrassing but I have never been to the Atlanta zoo before and hubby and I couldn’t decide between the aquarium or the zoo and it was Mothers day and I wanted be outdoors so zoo it was. I loved the fact all moms got to visit the zoo for free that day as well! 😍🦧🦒

Had to take pics and video to share as even the professional photogs were out at the zoo taking pics and I thought I took some great shots myself of the animals. My fave was the giraffes and the elephants as I could watch them all day and I can’t wait to come back to see the panda exhibit! 🦥🦧🦍👟

Our Spring Tour and Talk at AmericasMart was a huge hit! We had over 15 Atlanta designers and design students join me and my interior designer friend of many years, LeeAnne Vulpepper. As you all know Lee Anne teaches the interior design certification course at Emory university continuing education online. She will be teaching another class in the fall so be sure to sign up if interested in learning more about interior design and the biz of home staging which is one of the classes in the program that I teach- so fun!

Special thanks to and and along with for having us tour and explore and have lunch and everyone got CEU credit for taking the healthy buildings paint class at the Sherwin-Williams showroom! This years Southeastern Showhouse was a stunner and I think a fave of not only older designers but also of the younger generation as well. This was the first time I have seen a Showhouse contain a lot of vintage and grandma chic vibes and be dressed in such cozy, earthy colors especially in mauve and brown tones and speak to those that want a home that is comfortable and calming.

Overall, this spacious and inviting home can be yours for 8M and is located in Buckhead. From the hotel like spa to the formula 1 room in the basement and an adult game room upstairs it was definitely a must see showhouse here in the ATL! Please enjoy the video of this beautiful home! 😍🏡🌷

It’s a double posting of pics and a video from the Southeast Showhouse as just had to share more photos of this fabulously decorated home. This home was so warm, calm and inviting and really spoke to me. I was really loving the antique vibes and so much wallpaper and warm earthy paint colors especially chocolate brown and lots of color as well which I loved.

What are your thoughts of this years showhouse? Do you think vintage chic is a trend or trending? Call it what you may antiquecore or grandmacore but this home spoke to me and I enjoyed touring it and if it was in my budget lol I would spend the $8M for this beautiful home! 😍🏡☕️🌷
