As you know weekends are for exploring. Okay so this is embarrassing but I have never been to the Atlanta zoo before and hubby and I couldn’t decide between the aquarium or the zoo and it was Mothers day and I wanted be outdoors so zoo it was. I loved the fact all moms got to visit the zoo for free that day as well! 😍🦧🦒

Had to take pics and video to share as even the professional photogs were out at the zoo taking pics and I thought I took some great shots myself of the animals. My fave was the giraffes and the elephants as I could watch them all day and I can’t wait to come back to see the panda exhibit! 🦥🦧🦍👟

Our Spring Tour and Talk at AmericasMart was a huge hit! We had over 15 Atlanta designers and design students join me and my interior designer friend of many years, LeeAnne Vulpepper. As you all know Lee Anne teaches the interior design certification course at Emory university continuing education online. She will be teaching another class in the fall so be sure to sign up if interested in learning more about interior design and the biz of home staging which is one of the classes in the program that I teach- so fun!

Special thanks to and and along with for having us tour and explore and have lunch and everyone got CEU credit for taking the healthy buildings paint class at the Sherwin-Williams showroom! This years Southeastern Showhouse was a stunner and I think a fave of not only older designers but also of the younger generation as well. This was the first time I have seen a Showhouse contain a lot of vintage and grandma chic vibes and be dressed in such cozy, earthy colors especially in mauve and brown tones and speak to those that want a home that is comfortable and calming.

Overall, this spacious and inviting home can be yours for 8M and is located in Buckhead. From the hotel like spa to the formula 1 room in the basement and an adult game room upstairs it was definitely a must see showhouse here in the ATL! Please enjoy the video of this beautiful home! 😍🏡🌷

It’s a double posting of pics and a video from the Southeast Showhouse as just had to share more photos of this fabulously decorated home. This home was so warm, calm and inviting and really spoke to me. I was really loving the antique vibes and so much wallpaper and warm earthy paint colors especially chocolate brown and lots of color as well which I loved.

What are your thoughts of this years showhouse? Do you think vintage chic is a trend or trending? Call it what you may antiquecore or grandmacore but this home spoke to me and I enjoyed touring it and if it was in my budget lol I would spend the $8M for this beautiful home! 😍🏡☕️🌷

What designer doesn’t love to tour the gorgeous showrooms at this spring! Our annual spring tour and talk is the way to do it if you are a new designer or design student and have never been to this fab building. We had over 30 designers be inspired, network, have lunch and tour 3 showrooms thanks to our friends at MadeGoods, Century furniture and at the jaw dropping Design Galleria showroom- wow! 🤩

Come explore the cleanest farm town I have ever been to - say hello to Bowling Green Kentucky. The home of Western Kentucky University- even got to walk around the campus and stop by and take a snap of the house - yes I am an alum- go chi-o…snap, snap!🫰

BGKY for short is also the home of the and the GM Corvette manufacturing plant. So it was a fun weekend stayed at a cute little vrbo in downtown BG and ate at the fab but before we headed to see fast cars we decided to go on a cavern adventure walking 2 miles and 540 steps at the worlds longest cave and whoah check out my pics! 👟👟🦇😳

But the real fun was getting to tour the corvette museum and be right in the midst of making a made to order corvette coming down the production line - no cell phones allowed but I did get to “birth a corvette” right before it went out for its first drive - yep I got to start a bright red corvette sting ray fresh off the line and rev up its engine loud in front our tour group- wish could have recorded that for you all! But I got to take home a certificate for proof- lol! Enjoy my short and sweet video - so fun! 👍🏎️😍🔥

Wow! Can you believe we are already done with Q1 and my staging crew killed it staging 82 vacant homes from Jan to March! The Atlanta real estate market is on fire and properties are selling faster and for top dollar thanks to the power of home staging. 💃🏡🎉

The spring real estate season is upon us and that is not stopping us as we are booking stagings for April and already our clients are reserving staging dates to stage more listings in May- luv it! 😍

Can you believe the first quarter of 2026 is complete! Kudos to my hard working team of movers and stagers along with my husband who I couldn’t run the biz without- we have officially staged 82 vacant homes already - wow! 😮 🤩🎉

We are ready to stage even more vacant homes - so hello April as the next 2 months will be the busiest to sell homes in the ATL as summer will be here before you know it! See you all soon as more CE classes and designer events to come in the next 2 months. We love the spring real estate season - bring it! 😍👊🌷🌸🌿🏡🚛
