Looking for a few shoppers in the Raleigh area for non-video new home registration mystery shops.

Available locations include:
• Apex, NC
• Garner, NC
• Knightdale, NC
• Wendell, NC

Pay is $50 per shop.

Most of these assignments are available on Thursday, making it possible to complete multiple shops in one day.

Requirements:
• You must not have recently visited the community.
• You must not have previously visited with the assigned sales agent.
• These are registration shops only (written) and do not require video equipment.

Please note that only one assignment may be completed in Garner, as both shops are located in the same community.

VIDEO SHOPS – Minimum $100 Pay
($65 base fee plus travel bonus)
• Mesa, AZ (Thursday or Friday)
• San Tan Valley, AZ (Monday or Tuesday)
• Battle Ground, WA (Thursday or Friday)

NON-VIDEO REGISTRATION SHOPS – $50 Pay Flat
• Garner, NC (Tuesday)
• Garner, NC (Thursday)

Video shoppers must have their own approved video equipment and experience completing video mystery shops. Travel bonuses are available where applicable.

These assignments involve visiting a new home sales office, evaluating the customer experience, and completing a report afterward. Detailed guidelines and training materials are provided.
