This is not an April Fools' joke- Georgia can FINALLY DO VIRTUAL CLOSINGS! AND WE ARE READY AND DID OUR FIRST TODAY!

On Tuesday, March 31, 2020, Governor Kemp issued an Executive Order permitting electronic notary following his previous order on Friday allowing attorneys to participate in closings via remote access. This Executive Order completes the missing link for virtual closings by allowing them to be done remotely during this Public Health State of Emergency, keeping all parties to the closing transaction safe. We have fully prepared our staff to readily provide this feature without compromising quality or any overlooked details for upcoming closings on our calendar, guaranteeing that our lenders will still get perfect packages upon completion of signing! No hiccups or road bumps here- we are ready for all of your closings! Who else is super excited about this feature?
