The Hughes Group is growing and we have an immediate need for two (2) paralegals to work remotely. Law students and licensed attorneys are also encouraged to apply.
The candidates must have legal experience preferably in family law, workers’ compensation, criminal law, and/or 1983 cases. The candidates must also have excellent writing skills, attention to details, can perform online legal research, and meet deadlines. Candidates maybe required to attend hearings, trials, depositions, mediation, status conferences, communicate and respond to opposing counsel, clients and court personnel, prepare pleadings, motions and briefs.

The positions and assignments will be based on weekly workload and candidate’s skillset.

Licensed attorney must be in good standing and may be required to handle hearings, depositions, or mediation.

Candidates must be familiar with GA law and/or be licensed to practice law in GA.

Payrate is negotiable.
