As part of my continued commitment to equality in representing everyone fairly in all areas of real estate (and in life), I accepted the Fair Housing challenge to visit Fairhaven. Fairhaven is a fictitious town where that REALTORs navigate as both client and as real estate professional through various simulations that present fair housing violations. As I went through these scenarios, the program interjected real-life testimonials of buyers', sellers', and testers' direct experience. This free program is a great tool to walk REALTORs through first-hand empathy-based training.

I pride myself in always giving everyone I interact with fair and equitable treatment and providing my clients fiduciary representation. I found myself learning how I can better represent all clients and provide even higher level of care and respect.

I love that even after 20 years, I can continue to grow in this role and that NAR as well as our local and state boards do so much to lead the charge in promoting equality and fairness. That is why I am a proud member of the Equity and Inclusion Committee with the Atlanta Realtor's Association.
