A Fulton County Magistrate Court judge on Tuesday granted a $101,000 bond to a man charged with shooting at SWAT officers from his residence at the Four Seasons Midtown last month.

Mones Law was able to get a difficult trafficking case thrown out completely against our client who was facing the rest of his life in prison. The case was made by the DEA and brought by Fulton County. After a number of contentious hearings, the flaws and weaknesses in the government's case were revealed and it resulted in a dismissal.

Jury Duty Scam - Fulton County

There is a scam occurring which involves a "deputy" purporting to be from the Fulton County Sheriff's office calling and telling folks they missed jury duty and have a warrant for their arrest. They offer the victim of the scam the option to pay a large sum of money to avoid arrest on the warrant. Please call us if you get one of these calls. It is a scam.
