The expensive part is that most of the planning starts too late — after the equipment conversation has already taken over.

I wanted to send out a quick update on what I’m seeing in the real estate market right now here around Metro Atlanta.
The biggest thing I can tell you is this—the market hasn’t slowed down… it’s just changed. There are still relocations
which I have just completed one, there are sellers who need to sell quickly, buyers & investors are looking for
opportunities. I receive texts on daily basis asking what do we have coming soon on the market. They are ready to
make an offer.

We’re seeing:

· Homes priced correctly still moving quickly
· Buyers being more selective than they were a couple years ago
· More opportunities for negotiation than we’ve seen in a while

What this means for you:

· If you’re a buyer, you’ve got more leverage right now than you’ve had in years
· If you’re a seller, strategy matters more than ever—pricing and presentation are everything
I’m having a lot of conversations lately with people who are just trying to understand if now is a good time to make a move—and the honest answer is:
it depends on your situation.
