Video Conference Closings are very likely about to exist (at least Temporarily) in the State of Georgia. The Georgia Supreme Court has passed an order which temporarily waived the requirement for the attorney to be physically present. Once it is signed by the Governor, it will be official. If (more like when) remote notarization is allowed, the entire closing can take place over video conference.
