What a day!

We had such a great time this past weekend at The Roof at Ponce City Market! We couldn’t have asked for better weather for an afternoon of rooftop views, games, good food, and even better company.

It was so much fun getting to spend the afternoon with so many of our clients, friends, and family. We’re incredibly grateful for the people who continue to support us, trust us, refer us, and make what we do possible.

September’s Metro Atlanta market update is all about buyer behavior. Showings per listing are at their lowest point in five years, averaging a little under three. Back in 2021 and 2022, listings were drawing double digits.

It’s also taking a median of eight showings to get a home under contract. Buyers are out there, but they’re selective, and the homes getting offers are priced right and look immaculate from day one.
