⚖️ IMMIGRATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
📍 Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/In-Office)
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court (EOIR)
• Handle asylum applications, removal proceedings, consular processing, naturalization, and citizenship matters
• Conduct Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings
• Draft motions, pleadings, legal briefs, and supporting documentation
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Prepare clients for interviews and court appearances
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Requirements:
✔ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
✔ Active Bar License in good standing
✔ 1-3+ years of Immigration Law experience (REQUIRED)
✔ Experience handling EOIR and USCIS cases (REQUIRED)
✔ Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English (REQUIRED)
✔ Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
⚖️ PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY ASSOCIATE
📍 Remote Available
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Draft demands, motions, pleadings, and litigation documents
• Handle mediations, depositions, and trial preparation
• Drive cases efficiently toward resolution while maximizing settlement value
Requirements:
✔ 3-5 years of Personal Injury experience (REQUIRED)
✔ Proven track record of closing cases and achieving strong results
✔ Active Georgia and Florida Bar Licenses in good standing
✔ Strong negotiation and litigation skills
✔ Trial experience is a plus
✔ Bilingual Haitian Creole/English preferred but not required
