Two years ago I graduated with a Masters degree👨🏽‍🎓from the University of Central Florida. I would’ve never thought one day I would become a Father 👨‍👧‍👦 and a Scholar 👨🏽‍🏫

I’m just a poor kid raised by the streets of America. 🇺🇸 My life can be broken down into three parts.

Part I age 0-25 I call LIFE. This is me experimenting, trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. 🥽👨🏽‍🔬🧪

Part II age 25-33 I call LEARNING📚 This is where I put in my 10,000 hours or 10 dark years of study and education.
(Did in 8yrs what takes most 10yrs)

Part III age 33+ I call GETTING MONEY🤑 This is the part where I focus on Ownership, real estate investing, Buisness acquisition, mentoring, creating a trust, 🏦 etc.

As I reflect on this moment I’m so proud of how high I have set the bar for my family. Even more excited about our FUTURE 🚀

Two years ago I took this picture. It was the first time I met King Jay 👑 in person. I was applying for the Vice President of Real Estate position for the Tulsa Real Estate Fund 🏦. I knew I was more than qualified for the job and more importantly, I knew he needed me on his team to help his fund grow 📈🔝✅

Me being The Great Closer that I am. I said “what can I do to close this deal right now”?

So I offered to give him some two dollar bills 💵 to close this deal today!

I didn’t have the two dollar bills on me, so he gave me five minutes to run down to my car 🚘 and bring them back.

We were on the sixth floor of the building 🏢 The elevator would of took to long, so I ran down the stairs and made it back with a 30 seconds to spare 🏁
