Most of my job involves reading and writing.

Thousands of pages. Motions. Case law. Emails. Discovery. More emails.

Turns out all those years of enjoying Reading and English class were just career preparation in disguise.

My teachers probably thought I was headed for a book club. Instead, I ended up billing hours for reading and writing.
