Another case successfully placed into diversion and headed toward dismissal. As I continue wrapping up the few criminal cases remaining on my docket, I’m grateful to still be getting great outcomes for my clients.

Criminal defense was a major part of building my practice, but this season is about continuing to grow Challenger Law Group’s personal injury practice and making room for what’s next.

Another Ring the Bell moment!

Sometimes being a good attorney means knowing when to bring in the right attorney. A Georgia client came to us after suffering a serious injury while traveling out of state. We connected him with an attorney licensed in that jurisdiction—and that attorney took it home with a SIX-FIGURE settlement!

It’s not always about who handles the case. It’s about making sure the client gets to the right attorney and gets taken care of.

Being a law firm owner is about more than practicing law.

I absolutely love advocating for my clients and being a voice for them when they’re up against major insurance companies. But one of the things closest to my heart is giving back and pouring into the next generation.

Internships and mentorship matter to me because someone once poured into me. Now, it’s my responsibility to pay it forward.

Help someone up. Pour into the next generation. And hopefully, they’ll do the same for someone else.

That’s how we all win.

We’ve spent the last several Summer Fridays introducing you to the amazing people behind Challenger Law Group, so it’s only right that we wrap up our Employee Edition with the founder.

Building this firm has been one of the greatest experiences of my career. I’m proud of the team we’ve built, the work we do for our clients, and the culture we’ve created along the way.

Almost five years in, and we’re still growing, still laughing, and still loving what we do. Here’s to many more years of Challenger Law Group!

A policy limits tender is GREAT news — but it doesn’t always mean your check is coming tomorrow.

There’s still work to do behind the scenes. Medical bills and liens have to be addressed, case costs have to be accounted for, and everything needs to be finalized before the client receives their payout.

We’re close to the finish line, but the case isn’t finished until our client is taken care of.

Heading back home after an amazing weekend at home in Chicago celebrating our 30th high school reunion. My heart is full, but the work doesn’t stop.

Team meeting from the Midway lounge, laptop open, handling business while I relax before my flight. And while I was enjoying Chicago, a few policy limits tenders came in too.

We’ll talk about those tomorrow when I’m back in the office and it’s time to ring that bell.
