Content Day: WE SURVIVED! Part 1

9 AM to 5 PM of nonstop photos, videos, outfit changes, laughter, and getting the job DONE! And according to our photographer, the biggest accomplishment was that nobody got too HANGRY!

But seriously, I couldn’t be prouder of my team!

When I asked them to show up and invest their time and energy into bringing my vision to life, I wanted to make sure I invested in THEM, too! Professional makeup was covered, everyone received a $250 wardrobe stipend, lunch was on me, and of course, we had our Challenger Law Group polos ready!

Because when you ask your team to show up, you should show up for them, too!

And let me tell you… THE ASSIGNMENT WAS UNDERSTOOD AND EXECUTED!

Then, to top off an already amazing day, my team surprised me with gifts for Boss’s Day! That meant so much to me!

Building a law firm is one thing, but building a team that believes in the vision and genuinely supports one another? THAT is something special.

We worked hard, laughed harder, and created some AMAZING content! Just wait until you see what’s coming!

Back in New Orleans for the WILBYBETTY Leadership Conference!

Last year, I had the opportunity to speak and brought Nikki with me. This year, I’m back as a speaker with Brooke and Jaeda!

Someone asked them how I was treating them, and their response was basically, “Have you seen this?! We’re STAYING at the Waldorf Astoria in New Orleans on a Tuesday workday. Pinch me!”

That made me smile. Leadership means creating opportunities for your team to travel, learn, network, and experience new rooms. Next year, we’ll rotate again so other members of the team can have this experience too.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Challenger Law Group team is back home holding it down. Business as usual—and YES, we’re open!

Leadership isn’t just about getting invited into the room. It’s about bringing others into the room with you.

And…NO, we’re not hiring.

Big news from Challenger Law Group!

We’re investing in tomorrow’s leaders.

Challenger Law Group is partnering with local high schools to provide graduating seniors with an opportunity to gain real-world experience, professional mentorship, and a firsthand look at the legal profession through our new work-study program.

And today, we officially welcomed Solana as the very first student in our program!

Over the school year, she’ll have the opportunity to learn, observe, ask questions, and experience what it’s like to work inside a law firm. Upon graduation in May, she’ll also receive a $1,000 scholarship from Challenger Law Group to help support her next chapter.

For us, this is about more than work experience. It’s about exposure, opportunity, and investing in the next generation of leaders.

Everybody needs someone to open a door. We’re happy to open ours.
