It's not often you get an injunction stopping a district attorney from prosecuting people. But we did just that earlier today in Fulton County.

We previously sued both the Gwinnett County DA and the State of Georgia to stop the DA from prosecuting people or pursuing civil forfeiture in cases involving Delta 8 or Delta 10 products. Our lawsuit makes clear that these products are derived from h**p and are therefore legal under Ga law.

Update on our Delta 8 lawsuit - The judge granted our motion for a restraining order. This means the Gwinnett County DA cannot raid any more stores or arrest anyone for selling Delta 8 until the court makes a final ruling in the case.
