🚪 2. Separate Entrances = More Income: Look for houses with finished, walk-out basements. Separate entries mean you can rent to multiple tenants at once, doubling or tripling your rental income.
🌿 3. Smart Layouts =Enclosed porches and flat, fenced yards keep tenants happy.
